Weekend and Holiday Orders:

Please include photos of the received item with your initial request, and clearly indicate the reason for the return. Please note that returned items must be in their original packaging. Returns of damaged, soiled, or altered items may not be accepted. Additionally, shipping costs, import taxes, and duties are non-refundable.
